Schedule

• Cleaning shifts typically begin between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, depending on assignments.

• Assignments generally last no longer than 5 hours per shift (individual assignments).

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning and janitorial services including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning glass, mirrors, workstations, common areas, eating areas, restrooms, and other commercial facility spaces.

• Provide general cleaning and sanitization for small commercial spaces such as offices, HOA community offices, small facilities, and schools.

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed within the scheduled time frame.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is recommended but not required.

• Flexible schedule availability preferred.

• Knowledge of general cleaning practices.

• Effective communication skills.

• Positive, dependable, and reliable team member with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently or in small teams (2–3 members).

• Physical ability to lift, squat, bend, and handle up to 10 lbs. of equipment.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Own a smartphone for taking photos after assignments, using email for communication, and submitting mileage reimbursement.

• Ability to pass a background check (no prior felonies, theft, or violent offenses).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (verification through third-party screening).
