Quotes and Estimates
All estimates provided by Peachtree Prime Cleaning are based upon the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Pricing may change if:
The scope of work changes
Additional services are requested
Facility conditions differ from those represented during the estimate
Unless otherwise stated, estimates remain valid for thirty (30) days.
Commercial Cleaning Services
Service schedules, frequencies, and cleaning specifications are established within each customer’s service agreement or proposal.
Services are performed according to the agreed scope of work.
Additional services requested outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe access to the facility
Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available
Secure confidential materials when necessary
Notify us of hazards or special site requirements before service
Peachtree Prime Cleaning reserves the right to suspend service if working conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.
Payments
Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined within each customer’s service agreement.
Failure to remit payment when due may result in:
Late fees where permitted by law
Suspension of future services
Collection efforts as permitted by applicable law
Customers remain responsible for all approved services performed.
Service Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe an area within the agreed cleaning scope was missed, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.
When appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to address verified service-related concerns.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined within the applicable service agreement.
Scheduled specialty services or one-time projects may require advance notice for cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Peachtree Prime Cleaning is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from defective materials or improper installation
Damage caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the services performed giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall Peachtree Prime Cleaning be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Intellectual Property
